HIV/STI Prevention Services​

Sexual health is central to our mission of improving wellness across Indiana. Everyone deserves to know their status and have access to the tools that keep them—and others—safe.

We offer:

  • Free, confidential HIV/STI testing

  • Free sexual health supplies (condoms, dental dams, lubricant)

  • PrEP access through our partner, QCare+

  • Sexual health education through in-person and online outreach

Our services meet people where they are—with compassion, confidentiality, and care you can trust.

  • We provide free and confidential HIV/STI testing—no appointment required. While we do not offer treatment, we’re here to help you know your status and take the next steps.

    Rapid testing (same-day results):

    • HIV

    • Hepatitis C

    • Syphilis

    Lab testing (results in 7 business days):

    • Chlamydia

    • Gonorrhea

  • We bring sexual health education directly to the community during non-traditional hours and at key locations across Indianapolis. Our outreach delivers tailored, culturally responsive messages that promote safe sex, risk reduction, and the importance of knowing your HIV status.

    But our reach doesn’t stop there.

    We also engage online, using social media and digital platforms to connect with individuals where they are. Our internet outreach provides HIV/STI education, prevention tips, and awareness messaging in chatrooms, apps, and websites—meeting people in real time to encourage informed, safer choices.

  • We provide free, easy-to-access tools to help you stay safe and take control of your sexual health.

    What’s available:

    • PrEP access through our partner QCare+ — a daily pill that helps prevent HIV

    • Free safer sex supplies — condoms, dental dams, and lubricant
