BU Fresh Market
Open to the entire community—free fresh fruits and vegetables every Wednesday from 2–6 PM. No appointments needed.
Client Assistance Pantry
Free access to healthy, shelf-stable, and fresh food for individuals and families affected by HIV and experiencing food insecurity.
Includes pantry staples, fresh produce, and personal care items when available

The Client Assistance Pantry at BU Wellness Network offers free access to nutritious food for individuals and families impacted by HIV who are facing food insecurity. We believe that access to healthy food is a vital part of overall wellness and a critical support for those managing chronic health conditions.
Our pantry provides a variety of options to meet diverse dietary needs, including:
Shelf-stable staples such as rice, pasta, canned goods, and cereals
Fresh produce and refrigerated items when available
Personal care and hygiene products as supplies allow
Clients can schedule regular pantry visits or receive food as part of a broader care plan through Non-Medical Case Management. Pantry services are confidential, stigma-free, and designed to reduce the burden of food insecurity while supporting health and stability.
